This dealership is just amazing…my experience with the service department was absolutely beautiful 😍. Linda was exceptional. I’ve never met a more talented person and then my mechanic Chris was even as wonderful, he was with a video showing me things about my vehicle 🚗…..how awesome is that ! These are down home people that WANT to do things correctly the first time around. I’m so pleased to find a dealership that works for its clients and not the other way around. I came to Jim Holland on a flat bed tow truck with a main line fuel hose with a hole in it. My vehicle was under 8 thousand miles and they took care of the repairs in short order. I was surprised that I didn’t hear anything about having to wait on parts. They were extremely efficient and did an excellent job getting my car back to me as soon as possible, Linda even kept me abreast of what was happening so I wasn’t in the dark. I’m really impressed by their commitment to services and customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Jim Holland, even though I live in Hinton, 2 hours away, you have a new customer in myself. I visited Joe Holland Volkswagen knowing what I was looking for and what price point I was comfortable with. I meet Mr Taylor (salesman) and he listened to my needs and worked with me and for me to meet my requirements in a deal. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and safe in a dealership. He didn’t try to sell me on something out of my comfort zone. He got me in a great SUV within my comfort zone financially. He went from a salesman to a friend who understood me and my needs and was working with me to meet them. First class (not just salesman but a)Person!! Holland VW has a great representative in Mr Taylor! Mr Taylor introduced me to Mr Miller (FI manager) who listened and came to understand my comfort zone in financial needs and who had worked to get me what I required in a financial commitment. He listen to the customers needs and wasn’t pushy instead was very kind as well. Holland VW has a great representative in Mr Miller! Once again Mr Taylor took the time after the deal was done to connect me with Mr Warren (electronics presenter) who spent the time with me in my new SUV to familiarize myself with all the electronic options on the new car ranging from safety, electronics all the way to the use of the panoramic sunroof and including the whole digital display and all the selections possible as well as apps and finally connecting my phone to the car. Mr Warren was very kind and listened to my questions and was very patient and made sure I understand and had my questions answered. As well as as provide me a contact Incase I had any follow-up questions! Joe Holland VW has great representative in Mr Warren! We purchased a brand new VW Atlas from Joe Holland. The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Drove from PA to get the car. Welcomed us like family when we arrived. Doug Green was FANTASTIC to work with! Buying a car from Joe Holland, through Mr. Green, was the quickest, most painless car buying process I’ve ever experienced. Cannot recommend Mr. Green or Joe Holland enough.

I've had very few complaints from this dealerships service department. Not fond of the sales side.

James Taylor was a great salesperson. He didn't pressure us, he knew about the VW. He called and checked with us a couple of times. Jason was great as well. He answered our questions about another used VW at another dealership. David did a great job finishing up with the paperwork. Phillip was very knowledgeable about working of the VW. We was happy with the deal.

The new car buying process can be stressful at times but James made it very stress-free and a overall wonderful experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another from him.

Extremely happy with the recent experience we had with this dealership. We brought our Jetta GLI in for the recall work and told them it also had some kind of vibration noise. We had this issue for YEARS and non of the other dealership was paying attention or even willing to help. But Joe Holland did, the advisor Kile Burke, and the service bus gentleman were awesome. We are thinking of using them again for our upcoming maintenance.

Walked and and told Doug what I was looking for and wouldn’t settle for anything less. He handed me the keys. Looked our car over and started signing papers. No pressure. No pushing. Right to the point. Highly recommended.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. No pressure to buy but very accommodating. I recommend Clarke. He is a great salesman. Prices are good.

Gino and the Joe Holland team were a pleasure to work with. Although somewhat new to his position and showing some nerves when selling a pitch, his approach made the entire car buying process comfortable. Rather than having salesmen pounce as soon as we entered the lot to be ushered around and shown the expensive deluxe trims of models the dealership plenty of cheaper versions of; we were given all the space and time in the world to truly get a feel for what would we were looking for. We needed a vehicle ASAP and could have easily been pressured into overpaying for a vehicle we didn't even want, as other dealerships attempted to do. Although this particular dealership did not have the original vehicle we intended to purchase in stock, due to the current market as pertaining to distribution from the manufacturer and this SUV's popularity, we were still able to drive away happy. It did not take long after hearing our wants and needs, that Gino pointed us to two Volkswagen Atlas' fitting our description. Rather than leaning us toward the Atlas with superior trim and features, we were given the freedom to peruse both vehicles to our hearts' content. Even leaving the lot to get a quick bite to eat and discuss over our options felt comfortable; where as other dealerships in the area attempted to squeeze a decision out us, using aggressive sales tactics that made us feel that we were being ganged up on. Guess that goes to prove that no matter how entertaining and over the top advertisements may be, good will and friendliness towards customers wins in the sales industry. This overall experience with Gino and the Joe Holland team, is ultimately won my family over. They turned car shopping, typically a trip to the dentist, into an exciting and memorable experience. The vehicle we purchased was almost 10,000 cheaper than what we originally set out to get, but still included the same features and little more. This along with reasonable markups and great interest rates from Volkswagen, allowed us to walk away feeling the adrenaline of couponing mother just leaving the supermarket, rather than fools walking out of a casino who have just lost it all to the house. Once home and parked in the driveway, none of us wanted to go inside. We spent hours hopping from seat to seat continuing to be baffled by the space and leg room, and taking the time to learn about all the things that our previous 2015 model car could not do. Once again, it was a pleasure to work with Gino, Phil, and all the other members of the Joe Holland team. Thank you all for helping my family find the next vehicle we will be relying on for years to come, and thank you for making the process very congenial.

From the interaction with my salesman Doug Green I could tell this would be a good car buying experience. Everyone at Joe Holland is there to help, and even financing was painless. I got a great vehicle at a great price and got what I wanted for my trade.
